What products do we produce?
We primarily produce plastic injection molds, including automotive molds, home appliance molds, industrial molds, and more.
What is our delivery deadline?
For small and medium-sized molds, the processing time is 45 days. The specific processing time depends on the product structure and the mold's difficulty. However, we will do our best to ensure the earliest possible delivery.
What is the mold lifespan? How do we ensure durability?
Typical mold lifespan: 500,000 to 1,000,000 injections (depending on the material hardness; for example, S136 steel has a longer lifespan). Durability measures: Hard chrome plating/nitriding treatment on the mold surface to improve wear resistance; Regular maintenance recommendations (e.g., cleaning and lubrication every 50,000 injections).
How to choose the material suitable for the product?
Recommended materials are based on the product's intended use. For example: For home appliance housings: ABS (impact-resistant and easy to mold); For food containers: PP (non-toxic and heat-resistant); For precision parts: PC (high transparency and high strength). Compare material cost differences, such as PE (low-cost) versus POM (highly wear-resistant but expensive), and provide solutions based on the customer's budget.
Can delivery be advanced? How is the expedited delivery fee calculated?
Expedited delivery measures: Increase equipment shifts (24-hour production); Prioritized scheduling (coordinate with other project schedules).
What after-sales service is available for mold problems? How long is the warranty period?
Warranty policy: Free warranty for 300,000 molds (non-intentional damage) for 3 years; the specific warranty period depends on the actual steel material. Response to repair requests within 48 hours, and a solution within 7 days. Value-added services: "Provide mold usage training and regular follow-up visits for maintenance guidance."
