To review Q3 mold achievements and set Q4 operational goals, HOPO Mould factory officially held its Q4 Kick-off Meeting. All team members gathered to recognize outstanding employees and embark on a new journey, officially launching the year-end wrap-up work for 2026.

Representatives from each mold department took turns to review their Q3 work, outlining detailed Q4 mold-related work plans based on annual targets and identifying actionable priorities to drive further breakthroughs.

The mold design team reviewed Q3 mold project deliverables, including mold development progress, mold structure optimization, and closed-loop resolution of mold design issues. The team optimized mold development cycles and addressed complex technical challenges, documenting reusable mold engineering knowledge. The goal is to ensure mold quality and reduce after-sales risks.	The sales team reviewed key Q3 metrics, including market expansion, customer relationship management, order conversion rates, and mold project delivery, summarizing customer response to mold project needs. The team aims to secure more mold projects for customers in Q4, driving Q4 performance growth.	The project review covered Q3 mold project management, summarizing experiences in mold delivery cycles, real-time mold information sharing, and troubleshooting. For Q4, the team will strengthen its expertise in mold technology and information sharing, accelerate project problem response, and ensure the fastest possible perfect project delivery.

Each retrospective meeting draws on past experience and points the way for future development, laying a solid foundation for improving new mold projects.
