After a successful second quarter of hard work and teamwork, our company organized a special 4-day, 3-night team trip to Tengchong, Yunnan. Led personally by our management team, the journey was a reward for outstanding employees who had demonstrated exceptional dedication and performance, including sales professionals, department managers, and excellent mold manufacturing team leaders.

For a few days, we stepped away from busy workshops, production schedules, injection mold projects, and daily responsibilities to enjoy the beautiful mountains and landscapes of Southwest China.

In our daily work, every member of the team plays an important role.

From customer communication and injection mold design to mold manufacturing, machining, assembly, testing, and project management, producing a high-quality plastic injection mold requires close cooperation between many different people.

Away from the workplace, there were no meeting rooms, production deadlines, or job titles separating us. We traveled together, shared stories, enjoyed local food, and experienced the natural beauty of Tengchong.
