The morning kicked off with a "Team Collaboration" challenge in the company park:
● In the Giant Block Building Challenge, 6-member teams from each department had 15 minutes to construct a specified structure. The R&D team won by flawlessly building a pyramid-shaped model;
● The Blindfolded Relay required team members to retrieve items from an obstacle course guided by teammates. The Production Department set a record by completing the task in 30 seconds;
● The highlight was the Collective Mural Painting—over 100 employees co-created a 10-meter scroll titled "Hopo's Future Blueprint," which now hangs as a permanent memorial.
Annual Gala: A Warm Evening of Recognition & Joy.
The evening gala opened with a speech by General Manager Mr. Sun: "Every new colleague is fresh blood for Hopo, and every persistence drives our progress." The company then awarded "Rising Star Awards" to 12 new employees hired in 2024, accompanied by a video recap of their growth.
Staff performances stole the show: the R&D team's guitar cover of The Lone Brave triggered a chorus, while the Admin team's creative dance Mold Front Alliance blended mechanical moves with choreography. Interactive games added to the fun:
● In the Sunflower Seed & Banana Eating Race, Finance Dept. staff Wang set a record by shelling 100 seeds in 47 seconds;
● A Red Packet Rain distributed over 10,000 RMB via WeChat, filling the hall with cheers and mobile alerts.
Voices from Employees: Feeling "Family" Through Laughter
" I thought team building was just a formality, but every game was so thoughtfully designed. The mural painting made me feel truly connected," shared new employee Li. Veteran staff Zhang, with five years at Hopo, noted: "The new employee awards showed how much the company values each individual."
